Is there any example to do multi-pass effect with Hieroglyph ?

Can you elaborate more on what you mean by multi-pass? Do you mean multiple times rendering the same geometry, or do you mean multiple render targets, or something else?

For example, I have two pixel shaders A and B. The output from A will be used as the input for B. I guess A will render to a texture, which will be set as the shader resource for B. How exactly to do that?

For that I would use two RenderTasks - which you already figured out based on your other discussion topic :) So I'll work through your solution in the other thread.
